Setup when installing a machine

• There are two patterns of setup procedure when installing a

machine to shorten the installing time. There are two

procedures for the conditions below.

During the temperature adjustment

After the setup is completed.

• It is not always necessarily to follow the procedure except

for the setup when installing a machine.

Refer to the Service Manual 7001, 7002.
